"So for starters I've never had a more improfessional insurance company in my life I've had many none that ever not communicate with you like these people do I'm very tempted to switch insurance companies at this point because they suck My rate keeps going up and policy cancelled with no notice or communication"

"I along with my father have been State Farm customers for years and had excellent service with our previous agent in Stuart however, things have drastically changed for the bad! I recieved emails about my insurance payments being past due and my payments were NOT LATE. Upon calling the office and enquiring about this, I was told that the problem would be corrected however it continued for 5 months. I called the office again in January to enquiry about this and asked the agent to call me back and he NEVER did! The issue ended up being that they get their mail at a PO box instead of the address that is listed on the billing statement, no one ever bothered to tell me anything about it all this time and it never changed on my billing statements.Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! I have made the decision to keep my policies with State Farm as they are a good company however, we have selected a different agent at another State Farm."

"The agents that I spoke to on the phone were polite, spoke clear English, and were overall very helpful."
